Complex Katarino is located at the foot of the Rila Mountains, of the picturesque namesake site, about 10 km away from Bansko and 2 km away from Razlog. The complex comprises of a 4 star hotel and 46 holiday houses.

The hotel offers 114 standart double rooms, 2 luxury double rooms and 20 apartments.

The attractive holiday houses are one – stories and two-stories, which have bed room, dining room, shower and bath, WC, balcony.

The facilities of complex Katarino include – restaurant, lobby bar, club/tavern, modern SPA and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bowling, tennis courts, bridge hall, snooker hall, table tennis, hairdresser’s and beauty parlour.

A luxury village will be built in the Bansko surrounding area by Greek investors.

The project will cost ?300 mln and will include 650 houses, hotel with 320 rooms, spa centre, two golf grounds and a DownTown.
The village is ten minutes away from the town and has to be built until 2009.
The project is being realized by the real estate agency “Parthenon”.
Four Greek citizens already purchased estates in the village.
Around 65 % of the houses were sold beforehand to investors from Russia, the UK and Germany.

This winter season Bulgaria’s top ski resort Bansko expects more than 800,000 guests, informed Standart news, citing sources from the resort’s municipality.
Hotels and apartments for rent can accommodate 15,000 people. After the constructional works on hotels in Bansko ends, the resort will offer lodgings to 30,000 people.
The investments are estimated to more than 1 billion EUR. 10 new 4-star hotels will be open soon.
We guarantee there will be no problems of water or electricity-supply character, said from the resort’s municipality.
The funds given for infrastructure improvements in 2008 are on the amount of 25 million BGN (12,5 million EUR). In spite of the construction boom, the interest to Bansko is still growing.
Square meter land on the municipality territory costs 200 EUR and the price of residential buildings reached 1,200 EUR per sq m.

The Municipality of Razlog is located in southwestern Bulgaria, in  the Razlog valley and is surrounded by three mountains – Rila to the north, Pirin to the south and the Rhodopes - to the east. The capital Sofia is 155 km away, the town of Blagoevgrad is at a distance of 53 km. The famous ski resort of Bansko is only 6 km south of Razlog.
The town of Razlog is famous for its houses of the so-called Razlog-Chepino architectural style that spread during the Bulgarian Renaissance period. Nowadays, there are 41 such houses in good condition in Razlog, and some of these have been transformed into museums of history and ethnography.
