The Narcis hotel & SPA is a newly built 4-star apartment complex. It is situated in an attractive part of Bansko town called “Gramadeto” and within easy walking distance from the Gondola ski lift.

As a whole, the holiday village has 113 units – 8 double rooms, 1 single room, 12 studios, 81 one-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom apartments and 1 three-bedroom apartment. At its full capacity the Narcis holiday village is expected to open by 25.12.2007.
Double room description:
The rooms are standard with a maximum occupancy of two people only. Extra beds can not be inserted. There are not any balconies. The bathrooms have showers. Air conditioned rooms fully equipped with satellite television, telephone service, internet access, safety deposit boxes, mini-bar, and room service.

Studio description:
The studios’ maximum occupancy is 3 people. They comprise several premises into one. One extra bed (for child) can be added, if it is requested in advance. Most bathrooms have bathtubs, but some have showers only.
The studios have fully-equipped kitchenettes and only four of them do not have cookers and fireplaces, because of their smaller size. All other devices are provided. Almost all studios have balconies. The average area of the studios is 30 square meters.

One-bedroom appartment description:
Maximum occupancy of the one-bedroom apartments is four people. They comprise of two separate premises – bedroom and sitting/dining room with a sofa bed for two persons.
The dining room is furnished with a dining table, chairs and kitchen utensils necessary for maximum occupancy of the apartment. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette. The bathrooms are one or two, equipped with bathtubs and hairdryers. Only a few of the apartments do not have bathtubs, but only showers. There are two bathrooms in almost all of the one-bedroom apartments. They are 70 sq. m. on average.

Two-bedroom appartment description:
The two-bedroom apartments’ occupancy is up to six people – four regular and two sofa beds. They comprise of two separate bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and a dining/ sitting area with sofa bed. The dining room is furnished with a dining table, chairs and kitchen utensils necessary for maximum occupancy of the apartment. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette. They are 100 sq.m. on average.

The only one three-bedroom apartment is 170 sq. m. with three separate bedrooms and a balcony overlooking the mountain.

All premises in the Narcis apartment complex have fully- equipped kitchenettes (cookers, microwaves, refrigerators, sinks, electric kettle and toasters. In the sitting area there are fireplaces. Most of the rooms with a view to the mountains and the inner courtyard have balconies.

The Narcis holiday village will be a completely closed complex with large inner yard, open-air swimming pool, four open-air jacuzzis, a restaurant, a Bulgarian ethno restaurant, a night club – piano bar, a outdoor garden, hair salon, souvenir shop, a indoor children play area, a conference room.
