Number of rooms and beds: The Aparthotel has 128 rooms altogether – 102 in the already opened first building and 26 in a second building of the Aparthotel which is under construction. 68 of them are Studios Lux, 56 one-bedroom Apartments Lux, Delux, and Executive, 3 two-bedroom Apartments Executive, and 1 Presidential Apartment. The operating hotel section at the moment has 102 residences. 52 of them are Studios Lux, 48 one-bedroom Apartments Lux, Delux, and Executive, 1 two-bedroom Apartment Executive, and 1 Presidential Apartment.

In the rooms: The residences are luxurious and each room in the complex is offered, like a cosy home, with fully furnished and equipped kitchenette with Lavazza coffee machine, ceramic plate, toaster, hot water jug, refrigerator, microwave oven, cutlery and dishes, as well as wireless internet, mini-safe box, TV set, satellite television, and telephone. The bathrooms are with bath tube, shower, hair dryer and are supplied with bath cosmetics, slippers, full set of towels and bathrobes. All the apartments have a separate bedroom and living-room, and the apartments Delux and Executive have a balcony and fireplace, too. The luxury Studios can accommodate up to three persons, and the one-bedroom apartments – up to four persons, on regular and extra beds.
